Change Strategy
Our change strategy helps organisations create practical, sustainable changes in workplace behaviours and culture. Building on insights from our analysis phase, we work with organisations to develop tailored change plans that holistically address the drivers of behaviour.
Key components of our approach to change include:
-
Evidence-based: our approach and interventions are based on the latest research in behavioural science and organisational culture, combined with our extensive experience in implementing change in different organisational contexts. Against this backdrop, we are able to leverage evidence-based change principles that help us achieve effective change that is welcomed by employees within the organisation.
-
Targeted & Multi-level Interventions: to drive more specific behavioural change, targeted, subtle interventions, based on Nudging and Gamification for example, can be very effective. However, changing organisational culture often requires a more extensive, holistic change plan, where several corresponding interventions are applied from different angles. We, therefore, implement interventions across a variety of levers, such as training and development, internal communications, leadership practices, day-to-day processes, and strategy. This ensures congruence within the organisation and improves the chances of an effective change initiative.
-
Measurement: an essential aspect of any change initiative is measurement. We help organisations develop practical and effective measures, to see whether the applied interventions are having the intended effect or whether adjustments need to be made.
