In-House Capability Building

We help organisations build in-house capability to independently manage and supervise behavioural risk. By sharing our expertise in Behavioural Risk and social psychology through presentations, workshops, and hands-on training, we teach teams to apply a behavioural risk lens—enhancing their understanding of behaviours, risks, and opportunities within their organisation.

Our services offer two approaches tailored to different organisational needs:

  • Integrated Approach: this approach helps teams (often in risk or internal audit) integrate a behavioural perspective in their key activities.  We work on a strategy and data gathering approaches in collaboration with each designated team. We offer advice on the application of data analysis and dashboards to monitor culture and behavioural risk. We provide structured templates, red and green flags, and question banks; that is, any instruments that can help to identify and assess behaviours. We train staff in how to capture behavioural observations, adding to a continuous monitoring of developments in organisational culture.

  • Dedicated Approach: for organisations requiring deeper behavioural insights, we help establish a specialised behavioural risk team. This approach focuses on in-depth deep dive reviews of behaviours and drivers. It applies behavioural science and specialised methods –  from interviews and focus groups to observation logs – to gather detailed data on contextual, organisational, and social drivers. These insights uncover behavioural patterns and cultural dynamics within the organisation that provide a foundation for effective governance and risk management. We are highly experienced in building specialist teams that make a positive impact through behavioural (risk) management.
