Analysis

Our analysis provides organisations with a detailed, evidence-based understanding of the behavioural and cultural patterns shaped by their organisational context.  Our approach combines insights from staff and leadership interviews, focus groups, surveys, observations of key meetings, and a review of formal drivers of behaviour. Together, this gives senior management a nuanced view of the organisation’s operational reality. Findings are presented in a comprehensive report to inform change.

Our structured analytic approach includes:

  1. Planning: We start by refining the project scope, designing project specific research instruments, and defining the sample for the analysis. Together these steps ensure that we capture relevant and reliable insights. The instruments are developed to address specific behavioural questions, allowing us to gather meaningful data that speaks directly to the organisation’s unique context.

  2. Fieldwork: We collect data through a combination of staff and leadership interviews, focus groups, surveys, observations of critical meetings, and desk research. This multi-method approach provides a balanced understanding of both formal and informal drivers of behaviour, revealing how everyday actions and decisions reflect underlying patterns of risk.

  3. Analysis & Reporting: Our analysis phase combines thematic analysis for qualitative data and statistical techniques for quantitative data. Triangulating evidence from these methods offer granular insights into key behavioural patterns and drivers. By assessing the risk levels associated with each identified pattern, we help organisations isolate areas that need management attention. All findings are scientifically substantiated, giving senior leaders a solid foundation from which to make decisions.

The final report includes:

  • In-depth insights into the behavioural patterns and drivers that are impacting the organisation.

  • Evidence-based recommendations to guide action planning for senior management.

Through this comprehensive analysis, organisations gain a granular and data-driven view of behavioural and cultural dynamics, to help leadership take targeted, informed actions for long-term positive impact.
